About Clara Fernández-Vara

Clara Fernández-Vara is Associate Arts Professor at the NYU Game Center, and also works as a game designer and consultant through her company Fiction Control. Her work focuses on narrative design, and bridging game design and storytelling. She has worked on a variety of experimental and commercial games, which include work for Big Fish Games, Warner Bros., the Spanish National Ballet, and Die Gute Fabrik among others. Her book Introduction to Game Analysis, published by Routledge, is now on its second edition.
